
Synopsis
By day siblings Joseph and Lilly run
the Lost and Found department of
a small town train
station.
At night they take those
objects left
behind and imagine themselves numerous characters.
When a mysterious
pink case is left behind their would never be the same.
Production Information
A silent Musical, "Lost & Found" was shot on 16mm as part of the
Seattle Film Institute's hands-on filmmaking program with post
production completed by Dilated
Pictures.
Location shooting took place at The Issaquah Depot.
Featuring: Carmela Ramaglia as "Lilly" & Dan Dembiczak as "Joseph"
Director's Note
The challenge in shooting a silent film is to find those images that
speak so intently as to drive the story forward and to create an dialog
with the audience in the absence of spoken words. It is the purest form
of filmmaking there is.
